In the fall of 2017, the Four Freedoms Fund (FFF), a NEO Philanthropy collaborative fund, launched the Texas Fund as a grantmaking initiative for national and local donors interested in investing in Texas in response to Senate Bill 4, a sweeping “show me your papers” law passed earlier in the year. Now, a new article highlights the ongoing work of our Texas Fund grantees—and the effects they’re starting to have.
