Director of People and Operations (Youth Engagement Fund)

Position Summary

NEO Philanthropy, Inc. has a position available in New York, NY. Manage organizational operations and communications including with Fiscal Sponsor, Advisory Board, YEF staff, vendors, and consultants. Work closely with the Executive Director and the Operations team to oversee YEF’s core infrastructure practices and systems, budget, and logistics planning, as well as organizational planning, culture, and human resources. Draft and oversee annual budget, supervise and coach the Operations team, lead people operations. Identify capacity needs, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities to enable greater growth and impact of movement partners (grantees) and the youth civic engagement sector. May telecommute. Willingness to travel for conferences, movement partners convenings, staff work planning retreats, and site visits as needed, required. Offered Salary $115,604.81-$120,000 per year.
