Chelsea Hornick-Becker

Prior to joining NEO Philanthropy, Chelsea served as the Director of Operations for JustLeadershipUSA, a training and advocacy organization for those directly impacted by the criminal legal system, and before that she served as Operations Officer for a global online campaigning and advocacy organization. With over a decade working in non-profit operations and finance, she has spent her career contributing to various social justice causes. Chelsea joined NEO because she understands just how critical infrastructure support and systems design can be to advancing non-profit missions.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys watching cheesy action movies with ridiculously large explosions.

She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies.
