Francesca’s background is in nonprofit strategy consulting, medical advocacy, and public opinion research. Prior to joining NEO, she worked at a public opinion polling firm with the goal of democratizing access to data-informed insights for first-time candidates and progressive advocacy organizations. And before working in electoral politics and advocacy, Francesca was based in Boston and worked as a nonprofit and philanthropic strategy consultant and volunteered as a rape crisis advocate. A native of Chicago, she has lived in Connecticut, Boston, Washington, D.C., and India and currently resides in Austin, TX. Outside of work, she is an avid cook, hiker, and reader. Francesca holds a Bachelor’s in political philosophy from Wesleyan University.
