As a Senior Program Manager at NEO Philanthropy, Harpreet works with both individual and institutional donors on various projects. Her work includes contributing to the creation of organizational strategies to further expand and support the work of the Donor Services team. Prior to this, she was at the Sikh Coalition, the nation’s largest Sikh civil rights organization, doing an array of operations, finance, and human resources work. During her time there, she led out on streamlining operations and finance processes, while also providing support to fundraising initiatives. She is passionate about social change and working towards a more fair and equitable world.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Political Science from Stony Brook University. In her free time, she enjoys going on nature walks and continuing to work on her meditation practice.
