Iyaka has joined Neo as the FP&A coordinator.  Social change is important to Iyaka and has shaped her professional endeavors. This dedication has allowed Iyaka to lead initiatives that are aligned with her values and foster positive community impact.  Prior to joining NEO, Iyaka worked in both public and non-profit sectors as a financial agent, most notable, Iyaka managed the NYC CENSUS2020 $36 million dollars budget and a $74 million dollars for federally funded program Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
Iyaka holds a Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies and a Masters in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. When not at work, Iyaka likes to spend time with her family and their dog, attend orchestra performances, volunteer, hike and read.
