Khadija (Dija) Mohamed, Deputy Director of Human Resources, has over two decades of HR experience empowering organizations and elevating their most precious asset – their people. With a rich background spanning for-profit, non-profit, and educational sectors, Dija is thrilled to channel her HR skills into supporting the amazing work of our projects at NEO Philanthropy. Dija’s HR philosophy focuses on a strategic harmony between people and organizational goals. Dija holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification, and attended John Jay College (CUNY) studying forensic psychology. 

Beyond the professional realm, Dija is a lifelong New Yorker and a passionate Yankees, Giants and Knicks fan. Dija’s an avid traveler, finding inspiration in diverse cultures. She loves live music and doesn’t miss a chance to catch a Beyoncé concert when the opportunity arises.
