Kimberly joins the NEO team in Strategic Partnerships and Donor Services with a background in community and labor organizing, hazard mitigation and planning, and guiding community dialogue. Previously, Kimberly worked for NEO’s Anti-Human Trafficking Fund during the Rapid Response grantmaking fueled by the global pandemic, for Neighborhood Housing Services New Orleans as the founding director of a community center post-Katrina, and for SEIU throughout Illinois organizing home healthcare providers. Kimberly holds a MPA from The University of New Orleans and a certification in human resources (SHRM-CP). Kimberly spends as much time as she can exploring Massachusetts and the wider world with her husband and two young children.
