Marc Santora has more than 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit field specializing in youth and community development, adult learning, and the arts. Prior to joining NEO, Marc was a senior manager with CUNY School of Professional Studies’ Office of Professional Education and Workplace Learning, working to provide ongoing professional development to staff within NYC’s child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Previously, he worked as Director of Youth Services at Lincoln Square Neighborhood Center in NY, a community-based multiservice organization for low income youth, families and senior citizens.  Marc also served on the Board of Directors of Reaching for the Arts, an organization that provides arts education to under-resourced schools and communities in NYC. Marc earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing from Fordham University. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Management from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management as a New York Community Trust Leadership Fellow. He is also a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence through the American Society for Quality.
