Originally from Houston, Texas, Neo is a strategist, facilitator, and relationship builder; committed to leveraging his professional skills and experience to support and bolster marginalized groups. Neo started his career in professional services in Accenture’s Management Consulting Practice helping Fortune 500 clients drive value and bolster organizational processes. Since then, he has taken his consulting skillset to the social sector at The Bridgespan Group where he advised impact investors, philanthropists, and nonprofit leaders on how to scale and broaden their impact in the field. Outside of work, Neo spends his time with his scholarship foundation, The Envisioning Greater Success Foundation, supporting high-achieving students in Austin, TX. Neo earned his bachelor’s of business administration in Business Honors, with a concentration in Finance, and bachelor of arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
