Rachel Moler has over 10 years of experience working in philanthropy and non-profits with a background in operational management, project coordination, and strategic planning. Prior to joining NEO, Rachel managed the fiscal sponsorship portfolio at Maryland Philanthropy Network. She also worked at Open Society Institute-Baltimore focused on addressing health, social and economic inequities, violence prevention and alternatives to the criminal justice system, and community organizing and advocacy. Rachel holds a B.A. in Sociology and International Relations and a Master’s in Conflict Resolution. A transplant from the Midwest, she currently resides in Maryland with her daughter and three loving felines. Outside of work, Rachel spends her time honing her DIY skills, reading, binging true crime and thriller shows, and meeting up with friends.
