Stephanie has more than nine years of HR experience, with the last five in the non-profit sector.  Prior to joining NEO Stephanie worked as an HR and Operations Manager at 50CAN, an organization that advocates at the local level to provide quality education to all children regardless of their zip code. While there she managed HR and operations across 13 states. Prior to 50CAN Stephanie worked as a site manager at Ocean Inc. (Ocean Community Economic Action Now), a New Jersey based organization that provides comprehensive services to improve quality of life for low and moderate-income individuals and families. Before her career in the non-profit sector Stephanie worked as an HR professional in the healthcare field.

Stephanie received her Bachelors in Communication from George Mason University and a Masters in Public Administration from Arizona State University. In her spare time she likes to travel, try new foods and spend quality time with family, friends and her dog.
