Tierney (TK) Kearns comes to NEO with experience implementing and supporting top notch HR infrastructures and people programs that drive organizational effectiveness. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling, TK brings a unique and creative perspective to NEO with her innovation and holistic approaches to HR management.

Previously working as an HRBP for a global non-profit, TK brings a successful track record in developing training programs, coaching, employee relations, and policy development. TK is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and attended Grove City College earning a B.S. in Business management & Sociology with a concentration in Human Resources.

With over 15 years of volunteer experience working with marginalized youth, TK has a passion for people and social advocacy, which is what brought her to NEO. In 2020 she became a foster parent and now serves as a board member for a local Colorado nonprofit that provides housing and employment opportunities to foster, homeless, incarcerated, and trafficked youth. TK loves to explore the outdoors and nurture her creativity through art. In her spare time, she is either boxing, at an art class, or out on the water in her kayak.
