Tierney (TK) Kearns comes to NEO with experience implementing and supporting top notch HR infrastructures and people programs that drive organizational effectiveness. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Counseling, TK brings a unique and creative perspective to NEO with her innovation and holistic approaches to HR management.

Previously working as an HRBP for a global non-profit, TK brings a successful track record in developing training programs, coaching, employee relations, and policy development. TK is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and attended Grove City College earning a B.S. in Business management & Sociology with a concentration in Human Resources.

With over 15 years of volunteer experience working with marginalized youth, TK has a passion for people and social advocacy, which is what brought her to NEO.
