Abigail Kim

Abigail Kim comes to NEO Philanthropy with a background in nonprofit administration and capacity building. She has helped social impact organizations create and manage programs in areas including financial resilience, disaster recovery, and humanitarian aid. Prior to joining NEO, Abigail worked at ideas42 (where she learned how to “nudge for good” with behavioral economics, and measure impact along the way), Blumont (where she learned how to look at a tree, pack a go-bag, and do business in challenging operating environments), and The Management Center (where she learned the fundamentals of good management and met exceptional, inspiring leaders). Abigail holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
