Ana’s career is mainly focused in the non-profit sector; she brings more than 11 years of experience in non-profit accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and auditing.  Before joining NEO Philanthropy, Ana worked for the Osborne Association & Affiliates and the Ms. Foundation for Women, where she oversaw daily financial operations, annual audits, account analysis, cash flow and management of restricted funds.  She also implemented policies and procedures for internal controls and organizational efficiency.  In addition, Ana worked as an auditor for the accounting firm N. Cheng & Co., where she performed audits for non-profit organizations and subsidized housing. Ana is licensed as a certified public accountant in New York State and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hunter College.
