Jennifer (Jenn) Galvao comes to NEO with experience as a strategic and innovative HR partner with passion for translating business vision into HR initiatives with the goal to improve performance, organizational growth, and employee engagement. Jenn is a people enthusiast who thrives on creating workplaces built on passion and where individuals can show up as their most authentic selves.
With previous experience as an HRBP and Employee Experience Manager within state government, Jenn brings experience in HR program development and management, employee training, coaching, and strategy development. Jenn earned her B.A. in Political Science & International Affairs from Northeastern University and her MSc in Human Resources and Organizations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
