As the Director of Grants Management and Infrastructure, Karin oversees grants management, finances, operations systems, and overall infrastructure that supports FFF’s work. This position is central to the organization’s ability to achieve its mission and operationalize its values. She comes to FFF after more than two decades at the Ford Foundation, most recently as the Grants & Reserves Budget Manager in the Office of the President where she managed a sizable grants budget as well as numerous special projects. She served as a strategic thought partner, project manager, grantee capacity builder, and analyst. A proud immigrant, she is thrilled to bring her skills and knowledge to the work of FFF.
