Kayla joins NEO Philanthropy with several years of experience working with nonprofit organizations. After a development and engagement internship at the Center for Sexual Pleasure and Health, Kayla started working at Big Duck, a communications firm for nonprofits where she helped staff and clients navigate operational challenges. Both experiences allowed her to hone her project and relationship management skills and exposed her to the world of nonprofit capacity building. Kayla holds a B.A in Cognitive Science from Brown University and an MPA in Public & Nonprofit Management & Policy from NYU Wagner. When she’s not in the office, Kayla enjoys weightlifting, partially finishing her crochet projects, and cooking.
