Paloma is a native Arizonan, a tree hugger, stargazer, eternal optimist, romantic, believer in people. In 2nd grade her class made buttons to save the rainforest and she hasn’t stopped organizing since. Paloma comes to NEO most recently from One Arizona—a long-time partner of SIF, FFF, and YEF—which serves as the multi-racial and multi-ethnic civic engagement coalition and movement leader in the Grand Canyon State. Paloma was One Arizona’s Chief of Staff and Interim Executive Director. She has also held positions at People for the American Way Foundation and Javelina Consulting. Paloma is a non-profit leader with experience in organizing, people and program development, project management, event planning, and grantmaking.
