Prior to joining NEO Philanthropy, Rebecca Hyde worked as a Sr. Staff Accountant at Rochester Institute of Technology, where she managed the grant portfolios of three different colleges. Her main responsibilities were creating monthly financial reports, preparing journal entries, and enforcing federal regulations. Rebecca earned her B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2016.Rebecca is responsible for financial grant reporting for NEO’s funds and projects. When not at work, Rebecca likes to hike, bike and travel.
