State Infrastructure Fund
Powering Movements that Strengthen Our Democracy
Who We Are
State Infrastructure Fund (SIF) is a collaborative fund with a mission of building permanent state-based civic engagement and voting rights infrastructure in historically underrepresented communities.
SIF supports organizations working to increase voter participation, protect and advance voting rights, and ensure free and fair elections. Since its creation in 2010, SIF has raised and invested $200+ million in building and strengthening state civic engagement and voting rights infrastructure grounded in state leadership. As a leader in pro-democracy philanthropy, SIF has significantly increased its donor base over the past few years. This growing investment demonstrates support of our mission and confidence in SIF’s strategy which generates provable results with longer-term impacts.
