Natasha joins NEO with over 5 years of Human Resources experience. In her role as Assistant Manager of Human Resources, she managed onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR events. These experiences helped confirm Natasha’s interest and desire to serve others and help create a positive employment experience. Natasha holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Long Island University. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys shopping, spending time with family and friends, and watching reality tv and documentaries.
