For over 20 years, NEO Philanthropy has led the way in developing and refining the collaborative fund model, connecting funders with changemakers on common causes.
NEO Philanthropy has a long history of leading large-scale collaborative grantmaking, connecting like-minded donors to support efforts they couldn’t effectively fund alone. Since 2003, NEO Philanthropy donor collaboratives have community-based organizations in nearly all US states. Today, this work continues through two key funds: the Four Freedoms Fund and the State Infrastructure Fund. These collaborations allow donors to pool resources for greater impact, expand funding for underserved issues, and invest in long-term capacity building. NEO Philanthropy’s strong grassroots connections also help donors engage directly with grantees and support innovative strategies.
